Beautiful metal roof with leaking issues from improper installment. 

Solution

Finished with white silicone coating and corrected leaking and damaged areas on roof. 

  • Old roof that had multiple areas of leaking.

  • Areas with damage and leaking issues.

  • Flashing was improperly installed, which caused more issues with leaks and damages.

  • Correcting the flashing

  • Final coated roof, with correct flashing around asphalt roof tiles.

  • All leaks and damages corrected.

  • Beautifully sealed back together, no more leaking issues.
