Way to come back
One year ago, I left a scathing review of the work preformed on our home by Precision Roofing. One of the reasons for the negative comments was an attic fan that was supposed to be removed, but was not. Due to an overly aggressive raccoon attempting to break into our attic, I once again contacted Jeff at Precision Roofing about removing the attic fan. Once he became aware there had been a problem, the fan was removed and roof patched within 24 hours. This recent experience with the company made me realize the negative experience of a year ago was all due to personnel. This time around, the project manager was much more proactive. Also, the work showed much greater respect for our property. They even patched the damage caused by the raccoon at no charge. Ashley and Corey were so good to me and that goes far with me. While I was not willing to recommend Precision Roofing a year ago, I will happy to do so today.
