Challenge The customer had had several contractors take a look at his siding but no one seemed to be able to correct the problem.   Solution Our consultant actually got up on the roof and did a complete inspection, carefully checking for any areas that may be causing leaks.

Challenge Home built in 1979 - roof leaking on backside of home in kitchen and garage area-roof age was 2-5 years old. Upon evaluation by our technician, it was discovered that one side of the ridge was missing 5 to 6 inches of decking which allowed water to get in.

Challenge Beautiful metal roof with leaking issues from improper installment.  Solution Finished with white silicone coating and corrected leaking and damaged areas on roof.  Old roof that had multiple areas of leaking.Areas with damage and leaking issues.

Challenge Customer had noticed a water stain in the kitchen ceiling area a few weeks ago. Solution The area of the roof causing the leak was identified by our technician and repaired.

Metal roofing may not be the first option many property owners consider when reroofing or constructing a new building, but perhaps it should be.
